I truly have no words of the great all around service I received from these good folk. From the time I went in to place my order, thru the installation. The communication, explanation, and service. I highly recommend these good folk for your next set of tires, rims, lifts, etc. Jon was my main contact, and dude was awesome. Didn't pressure me, and let me take my time on my decision, while also educating on the best fit for my jeep! You guys rocked it! Thank you!!!

I brought my truck in for a lift kit installation. Unfortunately, the installation was not completed correctly. I had to return the vehicle to the shop on two separate occasions to address issues with the work. Even after those visits, several components were still not properly installed, and the original OEM parts that were removed were never reinstalled. While traveling with my family, the vehicle experienced a serious issue related to the installation, which resulted in us being stranded on the highway (@4Am). Due to this failure, I had to arrange for a tow truck. When I raised these concerns with the shop, they declined to acknowledge responsibility for the improper installation and refused to cover the cost of the tow. Additionally, the issues with the installation caused excessive wear on my front tires, which have now become completely bald. The shop has also refused to cover the cost of replacing those tires. Overall, this situation created a significant safety concern for my family and resulted in additional unexpected expenses due to the incomplete and improper installation.

I stopped in a couple weeks before Christmas with a screw in my tire and a cargo van that sounded like Fozzy bear riding a donkey. I was quoted what I believe to be a very fair and reasonable price for a pretty good list of repairs. What was supposed to be a one day job stretched to two full days, but there was excellent communication every step of the way. They also ran into an issue and had to get a part on Christmas Eve. No one delivers on that day, but a part was procured and my van got fixed before Christmas. Everyone I interacted with was courteous and professional. I feel like they went above and beyond what was expected. Also, I feel like I'm driving a new vehicle. It feels and sounds better than it has since I got it. I will definitely recommend this business to anyone with a vehicle. I just couldn't be more pleased. Go see them.

Went to Uncle Sam's to get some wheel spacers installed. They got me in and out in about 30-45 minutes. Very friendly staff and didn't charge me a lot. You've earned a future repeat customer.
